Ski Way
Adjacent to the Eastern Slope, this ski resort area on the mountainside is a popular vacation rental area. The area features many condominiums, Swiss/Tyrolian PUD's or freestanding homes with panoramic lake views at the upper end of the road. Ponderosa Ranch was recently purchased by a private owner, and the area is surrounded by forest and trails. Average elevation here ranges from 6,600' to 7,200' with moderate snowfall.
