This lower elevation neighborhood is adjacent to Lakeview Subdivision, just across Highway 28. There are mainly single-family residences, some with excellent lake views across the road and a high percentage of year around residents. Many new homes are being built in this neighborhood, taking advantage of the views and quiet outskirts of the Village. There is a trailhead at First Creek with lovely hiking trails. The median home price in 2006 was $869,000 and average elevation is 6,500 with moderate snowfall along moderately sloping terrain.
