We use Showing Time software to log all of your showings and report feedback to you directly, and I take upmost care to present your home- lights on, blinds open, heat on and close it up just as carefully. We do not make Buyer’s agents pick up keys to show property, that is a sure way for agents to skip your home and show one that’s more accessible. Both Anne and Lexi are full time agents who work out of Intero’s 570 Lakeshore Office, and are always available to meet with buyers and show homes.

Negotiating skills close sales. In January 2011, Lexi closed two sales totaling over $4M. In both sales, she successfully brought the parties together who were initially $500K apart. Lexi has worked in site planning and project management, and am able to pull together resources Buyer’s need in terms of repair costs, remodel costs, TRPA and Washoe County permit documents.
