2007 First Quarter Home Sales Report
Incline Village home median sales price was up 14% over the first
quarter last year to $1,120,000. Sales volume was down only 3%, and 43
units were sold this quarter versus 39 sold 2006 first quarter. These
sales statistics include single-family homes and PUD's.
2006 Home Sales Report- Last Six Months
Incline Village- The median and average prices for single-family homes
were up by 8% and 12% respectively, although sales volume was down 35%.
Units sold under $1 million were down 46% and those over $1 million
were down 38%. Condominuim sales followed the same trend with median
and average prices up 19% and 34% respectively, ans sales volume down
32%. Units sold under $500,000 were down a whopping 65% and units over
$500,000 were down 31%.
2006 Home Sales Report- First Six Months
Incline Village- This northeast corner of Lake Tahoe got a dose of
reality the first six months of 2006. The only thing that went up were
prices, while all other measurable activity went down. Sales over $1
million were down 44%, sales under $1 million were down 49%. Total
sales volume was down 39%, and units sold were down 47%. The condo
market was more of the same with a 52% decrease in units sold, a 42%
decrease in total volume, a 60% decrease in total units sold under
$500,000, and a 42% decrease in units sold over $500,000.
